Dr Paul Biscoe
Paul was awarded a Ph D from the University of Nottingham and was then appointed to lead a research group at Brooms Barn Experimental Station. He then joined ICI as Arable Specialist to provide technical support for the use of fertilizer on arable crops. |
| This was followed by appointment as Deputy Director of the Silsoe Research Institute and then Director of Research at HGCA. He then moved to policy and strategic matters at HGCA as CEO, retiring in 2004. |
